Jane Suiei Naito Sensei has received multiple Sogetsu Teaching Certificates and has exhibited venues ranging from the de Young Museum's Bouquets to Arts floral exhibit, Filoli's Flower Show and numerous Ikebana International & Sogetsu’s ArtScape Flower Shows. With Ikebana Now, she exhibits, teaches, and demonstrates the glories of Ikebana throughout the Bay Area and beyond.

Yufuko Kurioka Galbraith Sensei studied the Ura-senke school and Yabunouchi schools of tea in Kyoto. She currently studies the Omote-senke school of tea in Berkeley. At No Gate Tea, she teaches the Way of Tea as a mindfulness practice and its principles.

Gentle Yoga, Meditation, and Readings from The Teaching of Buddha
Yufuko Kurioka Galbraith Sensei graduated from the Sivananda Yoga Teachers Training Course in 2009i. She took her Buddhist ordination in the Jodo Shinshu Hongwanji (a major sect in the Pure Land School) in 1997. She is uniquely qualified to combine the teaching of the Buddha and yoga practice.
